Job Description:

This role involves leading, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include driving the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals with a focus on promoting our caregiving support services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 4-8 years of experience. They should demonstrate experience in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the caregiving support or related industry.

A strong understanding of the caregiving support and eldercare sector is essential, along with the ability to stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills are also required, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
