Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The Pictsweet Company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process to meet our staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate the recruiting activities of the company to employ external salaried positions.
  • Coordinate and attend college career fairs and other campus events to build the Pictsweet employment brand among college students.
  • Pre-screen applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
  • Schedule candidate travel, appointments for interview panels, and contact internal resources for office, computer, and building access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years plus staffing/recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and other candidate sourcing technology.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
