Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in the communication development of young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • SLP Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Washington SLP license.
  • CFY Requirements: Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology and eligible for Washington Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
