Job Title: Phlebotomist I

At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join our team. As a Phlebotomist I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing while adhering to established protocols.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for our patients.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with our laboratory team to ensure accurate and timely results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a phlebotomy or medical laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
