Key Responsibilities:

As a Radiology IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the functional needs of our business in relation to hardware and software standards. This involves collaborating with vendors, procurement staff, and operational leadership to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality and security.

You will participate in workflow analysis, design, configuration, evaluation, testing, implementation, training, end-user support, and ancillary clinical systems. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various Information Systems and Operational projects and evolutions.

Key skills required for this role include effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for utilizing industry best practices to maintain the security of our LAN/WAN and computer systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous IT experience required
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) preferred
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
  • Experience in clinical systems implementation preferred
