About the Role

The Facilities Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and facilities within the organization. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery according to established schedules.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Completes repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, or systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Conducts inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborates with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
