Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of South Dakota
