Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Formulation Process Associate to join our team at Surge. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and blending chemicals according to specified formulas and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical blending and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be knowledgeable about warehouse operations, including inventory management and materials handling.

A key responsibility of this role will be to collaborate with laboratory personnel to conduct product testing and analysis. Additionally, the candidate will participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will receive a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits package includes 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a comprehensive health insurance plan.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have 1 year of experience in chemical blending or a related field and be proficient in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
