The JM Hunter Group is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our local operations in the building materials distribution industry. With a focus on delivering exceptional quality and service to our growing customer base, this role is key to maintaining our high standards and ensuring operational success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including profit and loss (P&L) management, daily operations, team development, budgeting, sales, and inventory management.

This involves leading daily branch operations to maintain efficiency and service standards, managing and developing both inside and outside sales teams, overseeing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all staff, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customers.

Maintaining effective warehouse and inventory management is also crucial, as is driving branch growth and profitability through strategic management and market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of experience in management and sales within the building products industry, preferably with direct experience in location management within building supply or similar industry.
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to secure new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail and self-motivation.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not essential.
