About the Role

The Associated Talmud Torahs (ATT) is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the face of the organization, the CEO will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan and driving the growth and success of the four strategic pillars: Funding Liaison, Professional Development, REACH, and Teacher Welfare/Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Institutional Advancement: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial resources and support the organization's mission.
  • Executive Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage the senior leadership team, ensuring the effective implementation of the strategic plan and the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy to cultivate relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10 years of strong professional and nonprofit organizational leadership experience.
  • Proven fundraising experience and success.
  • Effective supervision and staff management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to maintain unity among diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for education and commitment to the organization's mission.
