We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at River Oaks Health & Rehabilitation. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, to residents in accordance with patient care policy guidelines.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to management.
  • Change bed linen and maintain resident rooms with clean and organized supplies.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, measurements, and other information as assigned.
  • Perform range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
  • Good communication skills and self-discipline.
  • Genuine care and interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
