About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations with precision and efficiency
  • Assist in the inspection and replacement of batteries, lights, and wipers
  • Conduct an 18-point safety check to ensure vehicles are road-ready
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests

Requirements
  • An eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
