Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and referring top talent for various positions within Loram Maintenance of Way. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, federal and state employment laws, and the ability to utilize various recruiting strategies to attract and engage candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and engage top talent
  • Source and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Working Conditions:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in a office environment with occasional travel to company locations. The physical demands of this role include sitting, walking, and using a computer for extended periods.
