Job Summary

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to support students in developing the skills necessary for academic and daily living success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' needs to develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance students' motor skills and daily living activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' development and provide guidance and training to school staff and families on supporting students' needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • OT Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and valid OT license in the state of employment.
  • COTA Qualifications: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and valid COTA license in the state of employment.
  • Essential Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in a school setting preferred.
