Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Randstad. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering pay, benefits, and leave, negotiating company benefits packages, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer pay, benefits, and leave
  • Negotiate company benefits packages
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations
  • Suggest ways to improve the employee experience
  • Create and distribute internal communications, and assist with the upkeep of the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart
  • Assist with recruiting - job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in benefits administration
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
