Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financials, annual budget, and weekly management reports.
  • Participate in strategic goal-setting and provide recommendations to improve financial strength.
  • Oversee financial preparation, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and worker's compensation reporting.
  • Create weekly management reports and provide inventory control oversight.
  • Timely filing of tax returns and annual budget preparation.
  • Weekly cash flow management and year-end reconciliations.
  • Maintain banking relationships and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as an executive-level controller.
  • Construction accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement.
