Job Overview

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen areas, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  2. Operate and maintain the dish machine, wash and sanitize all dishware, and store clean items in a designated area.
  3. Empty trashcans, wash and sanitize them, and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area and dumpster.
  4. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including cleaning tile walls, baseboards, and breakdown tables.
  5. Assist with other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
