LHH is currently partnering with a financial services company in the McLean, VA area seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter to join their team. As a Contract Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify top talent, ensure timely hiring, and help maintain a seamless recruiting process.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are looking for a skilled Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
  • SOURCE, SCREEN, AND INTERVIEW CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS (JOB BOARDS, SOCIAL MEDIA, INTERNAL DATABASES, ETC.).
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and assist in the offer letter process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter (2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $43-$48 per hour based on experience and performance.
