Job Summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district near Swampscott, MA. As an OT with Sunbelt, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and abilities, providing expert therapy and supervision to support their academic and personal growth.

About the Role
  • K-12 School-Based Caseload: Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, working collaboratively with teachers and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans that meet each student's unique needs.
  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage your caseload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Therapy and Supervision: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services, including hands-on interventions, adaptive equipment recommendations, and home programs to support student learning and independence.
Work Arrangements
  • Full-Time (Up to 37.5 hrs/week) or Part-Time (Flexible): Choose from full-time or part-time schedules, with guaranteed hours and benefits for a secure and stable income.
Requirements
  • MA OT/Licensure: Hold a valid occupational therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Pediatrics Experience (Preferred): While not required, experience working with children is highly valued.
