### Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Janitor to join our team at Related Management Company (RMC). As a Porter/Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our luxury residential properties. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, work closely with our maintenance team, and take the next steps in your career.

### Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms, including mopping, sweeping, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors, dusting, vacuuming, and garbage removal
* Perform light maintenance tasks as assigned
* Provide excellent customer service to residents
* Maintain general upkeep of the buildings and grounds
* Assist with snow removal and landscaping
* Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition
* Participate in special projects as assigned

### Qualifications

* 1-2 years of prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
* Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals
* Must be a team player and able to work with little supervision
* Excellent time management skills and work ethic required
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8 hour shift
* Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
