Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Technician to support a government contract in the National Capital Region (NCR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the PCB design workflow and maintaining all files in the design library.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of PCB fabrication and assembly experts to ensure seamless design support.
  • Create and maintain PCB design files in ECAD library, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain PCB design, assembly, and fabrication procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, and training to personnel on PCB design standards and best practices.
  • Support program procurement requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of PCB designs.
  • Occasional travel may be required, approximately 5% of the time.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI w/polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with 12 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience can be used in lieu of degree/combined with education.
  • Proven experience using Altium Concord Pro electronic components library software and Altium Designer software.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain IPC specialist-level certifications related to PCB design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
