Requirements:

  • PhD, DNP, or EdD degree from an accredited institution
  • An active and clear California registered nurse license
  • An active and clear California nurse practitioner certification in family practice/lifespan or adult/geriatric primary care
  • An active and clear California furnishing license
  • National board certification from ANCC or AANPCB as a Family Practice/Lifespan nurse practitioner or Adult/Geriatric Primary Care nurse practitioner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in didactic teaching
  • Minimum of 1 year Experience as a family nurse practitioner or adult/geriatric primary care nurse practitioner
