Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a school setting in Fredonia, New York. As a school nurse, you will be responsible for providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems, conducting screenings, and maintaining student records.

  • Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment
  • Maintain student records while complying with state and federal screenings
