Job Overview

Position: Binder

Location: Random Lake, WI

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

Shifts Available: 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm), 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour with potential shift premiums up to $1.00/hr

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year in printing or manufacturing

The role involves supporting the production of materials within the bindery department. Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, and finishing products, as well as assisting in machine loading tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load materials into production pockets
  • Package printed materials
  • Conduct quality inspections
  • Perform hand collating tasks
  • Assist with cutting, folding, collating, stitching, and binding tasks
  • Maintain production records
  • Work overtime as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must complete forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Good vision for close, distance, and color
  • Able to work in hot and dusty conditions
  • Basic math skills required
