Job Summary

As a Plaintiff-Side Employment Law Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to written discovery, and appearing at court hearings. You will also have the opportunity to work on class action and wage and hour litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
  • Propound and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production
  • Represent clients in court hearings and mediations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement case strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant employment law developments and trends

Requirements

  • Strong background in employment law and litigation
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage workload effectively
  • California Bar admission required
