Sales and Service Manager Trainee

Job Description: As a Manager In Training, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. You will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
