Job Summary

Festival Foods is seeking a Part-Time Cart Runner to join our team. As a Cart Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, gathering carts, and safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
  • Be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and able to communicate with associates and customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining standards according to the Guest Services expectations.
  • Performs prompt parcel pick-up service.
  • Collects shopping carts from parking lot and surrounding areas and returns carts to store in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Communicate customer requests to management.
  • Support and execute superior customer service.
  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Requirements
  • Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity
  • Ability to communicate with associates and customers
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
Work Environment

The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
