- Professional Development: Demonstrate accountability for professional development that improves the quality of professional practice and the quality of patient care.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Zero to two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
