Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions and processing patient information
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and prescription data
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred
  • 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Good math skills and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
