Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a per diem physician, you will work on a flexible schedule, seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You will also have the opportunity to treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to provide high-quality care. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
Requirements- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Malpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100%
- UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research tool
- One Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR)
- Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with CA and local requirements
This is an hourly role with openings in Burlingame, CA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits. For more information, visit [insert link].
