Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to children, collaborating with healthcare providers to achieve functional goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to promote child development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, goal achievement, and documentation completion.

Requirements:

  • College degree and active PT license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
