  • Training and Development: Train and direct employees to improve their overall performance and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and speak English fluently; knowledge of OSHA and DOT rules and regulations; ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
