We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care on our nursing units. Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care on the nursing units

- Monitor work performance and provide feedback to employees
- Interpret and implement hospital policies and procedures
- Assume responsibility for nursing administrative decisions in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides
- A minimum of 2 years medical-surgical nursing or equivalent experience
- Long Term Acute Care or rehabilitation nursing and/or management level experience preferred
