Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist

Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is a contract position that complements your current practice, offering a unique opportunity to work with medically complex patients and expedite return to work and functional restoration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist services, including EMGs and NCS, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries
  • Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management
  • Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries
  • Licensure requirements of the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Medical Malpractice Insurance
