Job Details
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Execute physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
