As a Certified Nursing Assistant with NR Consulting LLC, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation services department. We are seeking an experienced CNA to join our team at our Pembroke, NC location. In this full-time position, you will work closely with licensed nurses to provide direct patient care, focusing on the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing vital signs, ADLs, and transfer assistance to patients.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring timely communication with healthcare staff.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of North Carolina and a minimum of one year of experience as a CNA in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly between units. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
