We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at a leading anesthesia provider in the Medical District. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and anesthesia services in a state-of-the-art outpatient care center.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Obtain and verify patient consent for procedures, discussing anesthetic options and associated risks with patients.
- Administer and manage anesthesia during induction, maintenance, and emergence phases, monitoring patient physiological conditions throughout procedures.
- Perform clinical interventions as needed to ensure patient well-being.
- Case mix includes EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, and EUS procedures, with additional types of cases available at sister locations.
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
- Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Professional experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
