Nurse Practitioner

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team as a Home Healthcare Nurse. As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collect and analyze data to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior nursing experience preferred.

• Enteral Feeds
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
