Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at House of Sport. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent service, sharing your knowledge of our products, and upholding our company's merchandising and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards
  • Participate in customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
Requirements
  • Decision-quality/decision-making abilities
  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
