Job Summary:

This is a part-time position, with the possibility of up to 20 hours per week, depending on available grant funds.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement STEM education programs for students and teachers
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop lab kits and materials
  • Mentor students and teachers in STEM fields
  • Coordinate with schools and community organizations to promote STEM education
  • Assist with the development and implementation of STEM education policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related field
  • Experience in STEM education and outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 12-passenger van
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a STEM field or related field
  • Teaching experience in a STEM field
  • Experience with grant writing and management
  • Fluency in Spanish
