About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies.
  • Assist surgeons with the provision of hemostasis during surgery.
  • Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor and track instrument counts throughout procedures.
  • Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients.
  • Facilitate the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
