Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance functions to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations and meet customer demands.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or production support role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as welding and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
