Ambulatory Care Manager

As a Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor at Providence, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program. They should also possess experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of clinical staff performance
- Clinical education and training
- Implementation of clinical best practices
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $47.98 and $75.94 per hour.
