Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boilers and related equipment, as well as providing general maintenance and groundskeeping services as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain boilers and related equipment to produce steam, hot water, air conditioning, and heat throughout the hospital.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including snow removal and groundskeeping.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- Valid high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Maine driver's license.
- Preferred experience with diesel generators, plumbing, and electrical service.
- Ability to obtain State boiler license within 12 months of employment.
