Position Summary: The Electro-Mechanical Pump Assembler will operate autonomously under the guidance of a team leader, responsible for wiring and assembling pumps in accordance with technical drawings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and adhere to schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of materials to ascertain material requirements and to construct, assemble, and wire the pumps.
  • Maintain a safe working environment while upholding 6S standards.
  • Utilize pneumatic hand tools, overhead cranes, and hand carts effectively.
  • Read and follow a bill of materials accurately.
  • Stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Perform general shop duties, including maintaining cleanliness and production records.
  • Connect motors for testing purposes (230/460 V).

Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous assembly experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with power hand tools is advantageous.
