Job Overview

Magnosec Corp is a leading provider of security services dedicated to delivering exceptional safety and protection solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in the Kissimmee area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points, verify the credentials of individuals entering the facility, and manage entry and exit procedures.
  • Respond swiftly to security breaches, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor activities, detect potential security threats, and investigate disturbances.
  • Accurately document and report all security-related incidents, activities, and observations to ensure thorough record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience or a related field, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of public safety and security protocols, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information and instructions clearly.
  • Surveillance proficiency, competence in operating surveillance equipment and interpreting footage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond effectively to various situations.
