### Responsibilities

* Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

### Qualifications

* Active AL Nursing License (no suspensions or current disciplines)
* 1 year nursing experience (preferred)
* Clean background check
* TB skin test (up to date within 1 year)
* 2 forms of identification
