We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Physician Empire in Southern Georgia.
Location: Our hospital is located in a scenic area of Southern Georgia, approximately 45 minutes from Valdosta and 50 miles from the Florida border.
Shift and Schedule: Our ideal candidate will work a day shift schedule with 7 on/7 off shifts, averaging 15.17 shifts per month. Each shift will include 15-18 patients, with approximately 2-3 admits per day.
Nocturnal Shift: We also have a nocturnal shift available, with 2 physicians and 1 mid-level per shift. The nocturnal shift averages 6-7 admits per month for full-time status.
Mid-level Support: Our mid-levels handle most procedures, with 6-7 mid-levels on staff during the day and 10 mid-levels on staff overall. Our goal is to maintain a team of 18 mid-levels.
EMR and Telemedicine: We utilize Cerner EMR and REACH for Neuro telemedicine services.
