Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support to students in a classroom setting, working one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assist students with special needs, offering individualized attention, facilitating communication, and implementing specific educational plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Support students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a paraprofessional or special education role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
