Job Title: Lifeguard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at The Landings Apartments. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers and enforcing pool rules. If you have a passion for water safety and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor swimming activities to prevent accidents and provide a safe environment for residents.
  • Enforce pool rules and report any problems.
  • Check IDs of residents upon entry.
  • Report any broken equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents and co-workers.
  • Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
  • Ability to perform lifesaving techniques, both in and out of the water.
  • Energetic and responsible individual who enjoys working outdoors.
  • Must adhere to company team apparel policy.
  • Employees are required to be honest and trustworthy with a satisfactory background.

Benefits:

  • Minimum starting pay: $15 per hour, or more based on experience.
